Hello, and welcome! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing my practicum under supervision for my M.A. in Counselling Psychology degree at Yorkville University. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a belief that change is possible at every stage of life.
I work from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, affirming lens. That means I see you as the expert of your own story and create a space where your identity, culture, and lived experience are honoured. I draw on approaches such as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to address your unique needs. Whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship or family issues, my goal is to help you find clarity, resilience, and self-acceptance to create the life you want.
Therapy with me isn’t about judgment or quick fixes, but about building trust, exploring your story, and equipping you with tools to live more fully and authentically.
If you’re ready to start therapy, or even if you’re just curious about what healing might look like for you, I would be honoured to meet you where you are. Let’s get started.
